HOUSTON, Texas, June 10, 2019– Following 10 years of growth and successes, LCG has spun-off a new company called LCG Applied Science, Inc. Additionally, LCG announced today the promotion of Andrew Frisbie, former Vice President of Strategy at LCG, to President of the new company.

As President of LCG Applied Science, Mr. Frisbie will lead the development of a global, state-of-the-art Evidence Collection and Management System for law enforcement. The system leverages advances in mobile technology, blockchain, IoT, and secure cloud infrastructure to offer benefits that will extend to courts, prosecutors, defense attorneys and citizens.

When introducing Frisbie as the President of LCG Applied Science, CEO Ken Tisdel said, “Andy is uniquely positioned to take the lead on this exciting new project, and to serve as the President of LCG Applied Science.” He continued, “the combination of Andy’s software development experience, project management skills, law enforcement knowledge, and leadership ability will serve him well in this new role.”

Mr. Frisbie was selected to lead LCG Applied Science based on his breadth of technical and operational experience, and his track record of success in leadership with LCG. His background includes work in information technology and law enforcement, and experience leading the development of complex cloud-based applications. As a law enforcement officer, Frisbie served as a patrol officer, Detective, Sergeant, and in the leadership ranks of the Vermont Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force, where he earned a reputation of tenacity, fairness and integrity.

During that time, he helped establish LCG’s industry leading reputation for high-tech investigative and expert witness services. In his previous role as Vice President, Mr. Frisbie was instrumental in expanding LCG beyond e-discovery and computer forensics to include global risk management and cybersecurity.
